Condition of items: NWOT, returns (returns may include some damages as they've been exposed to a retail environment), & shelf pulls. Defects can include; makeup and other stains, minor tears and scuffs, pulled threads, missing tags, and miscellaneous dirtied items.

BRAND DELABELING/DEFACING PROCEDURES
Prior to the resale or disposition of Merchandise - Remove all labels, tags or marking, with the exception of printed screen printed or appliquéd labels, which display any client owned licensed names. All sewn in labels which display client owned or licensed brands or companies must be defaced prior to the salvage or resale.

Product Descriptions:
Our products are assorted inventories which may include overstocks, shelf-pulls, returns, and excess inventories. Given the bulk volume and varied nature of our products, we endeavor to accurately describe each item. However, discrepancies can occur due to the large variance in goods. As such, we cannot offer refunds or returns if the brands or assortments received differ from those described.
Miscounts:
All orders are fulfilled using a 'count-card' to ensure accuracy. If there is a discrepancy in the piece-count of your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery for store credit. Documentation such as photos or videos of the discrepancy may be required.
Flaws:
Our products may have been exposed to a retail environment and handled multiple times. We apply a default flaw rate of 15% on all listings, covering issues like deodorant/makeup stains, washable stains, missing or loose buttons, pilings, or snags. Store credit will be provided for flaws exceeding 15% of your total order.
