- Product description: Luxury Fashion Retailer and Luxury Fashion Retailer Outlet raw and assorted shoe pallets. Cat 2
- Styles: These are raw & unprocessed shoe pallets. They will contain styles from all seasons. Anything from boots to sandals, and everything in between. All images are of current products. All of our small boxes and other shoe pallets are pulled from these pallets, so that should give a good idea of its contents. Please refer to images as well. These pallets are generally made up of about ~90% women's shoes, and ~10% men and kids. Defects can include; mismatched shoes, Used Shoes, No Boxes, Has Discount Stickers, salvage.
- Sizing: varied/assorted
- Piece count: These are raw/uncounted pallets. The average count per pallet is ~350 pairs. They can be a bit over or under this number.

- Condition of items: NWOT & returns (returns may include some damages as they've been exposed to a retail environment). Can have single shoes, missing laces and damages. Defects can include; mismatched shoes, Used Shoes, No Boxes, Has Discount Stickers. These are raw pallets, we will not sort or clean them.
- Shipping details: Ships via freight. Shipping/freight fees calculated at checkout. Expect 3-5 day fulfillment time.

BRAND DELABELING/DEFACING PROCEDURES
Prior to the resale or disposition of Merchandise - Remove all labels, tags or marking, with the exception of printed screen printed or appliquéd labels, which display any client owned licensed names. All sewn in labels which display client owned or licensed brands or companies must be defaced prior to the salvage or resale.

Miscounts
All orders are fulfilled using a 'count-card' that details the piece-count and representative that filled your order. This is done to ensure accuracy during fulfillment. If your order piece-count is inaccurate, please reach out to us so we can issue a corresponding store credit. We may ask for pictures or videos to document the discrepancy.
Flaws
Unless otherwise specified, most of our products will have been exposed to a retail environment. As a result, many garments may have been tried on or handled numerous times. For this reason, we have a 15% default flaw-rate on all of our product listings, unless otherwise specified.
These flaws can consist of:
-Deodorant/makeup stains
-Washable stains
-Missing or loose buttons-Pilings or snags
Flaws beyond 15% of the total order, will be compensated as store credit.
