Product Descriptions:
Our products are assorted inventories which may include overstocks, shelf-pulls, returns, and excess inventories. Given the bulk volume and varied nature of our products, we endeavor to accurately describe each item. However, discrepancies can occur due to the large variance in goods. As such, we cannot offer refunds or returns if the brands or assortments received differ from those described.

Miscounts:
All orders are fulfilled using a 'count-card' to ensure accuracy. If there is a discrepancy in the piece-count of your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery for store credit. Documentation such as photos or videos of the discrepancy may be required.

Flaws:
Our products may have been exposed to a retail environment and handled multiple times. We apply a default flaw rate of 15% on all listings, covering issues like deodorant/makeup stains, washable stains, missing or loose buttons, pilings, or snags. Store credit will be provided for flaws exceeding 15% of your total order.

Contact Us:
If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please reach out to us within 15 days of your order delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Defacing & Delabeling:
All merchandise sourced from department stores, national brands, or other proprietary retailers must have identifying marks such as brand names, hang tags, price tags, stickers, and sewn-in labels fully removed or defaced prior to resale. These identifiers remain the intellectual property of their respective owners and may not be used for marketing, resale, or representation of brand affiliation. Failure to comply with defacing and delabeling requirements may constitute a breach of resale terms and result in revocation of purchasing privileges.

Please note, we do not offer returns or refunds, only store credit for the issues outlined above.

The following procedures are required for any "raw" merchandise purchased through this site prior to resale or other disposition. These terms apply only to specifically "raw" inventory!

Brand De-Labeling / Defacing Procedures

Before reselling, marketing, or otherwise distributing the merchandise, you must:

1. Remove all labels, tags, stickers, and markings that display any client-owned or licensed brand names.

2. Deface any sewn-in labels that display client-owned or licensed brands or company names (labels must be rendered unreadable).

Exception: printed, screen-printed, or appliqué labels do not need to be removed, but any sewn-in branded labels must still be defaced as stated above.

Raw Pallet Conditions

By purchasing a raw pallet, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. Pallets are sold in untouched condition, exactly as received from our vendor. All raw pallet sales are final once closed.

2. We do not guarantee item condition, brand variety, style mix, size distribution, or exact piece count.

Liquidation inventory carries inherent variability, and you are assuming the risk associated with bulk, assorted resale goods.
