Shipping policy

For small parcels: orders are picked within 3 business days of the order being placed. Once the order has been picked and shipped, customers can expect to receive their parcel within 5 business days outside of extenuating circumstances.

For pallets: orders are picked within 3 business days of the order being placed. Once the order has been staged and set to be "on board" with an LTL freight carrier, customers can expect a maximum of 10 business days before receiving their delivery.
