Hello, Thank you for reaching out and asking for feedback regarding my recent pallet purchase. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the condition and quality of a significant portion of the inventory I received. The pallet was represented as returns from DSW; however, many of the items did not appear consistent with that description. Some of the issues I encountered included: • Shoes that were visibly dirty and showed clear signs of wear. • Shoes with missing straps and other missing components. • Shoes that appeared damaged or broken to the point of being unsellable. • Multiple pairs that did not appear to be merchandise typically associated with DSW. • A higher-than-expected percentage of inventory that could not reasonably be resold. As a reseller, I understand that customer returns and liquidation inventory will contain some imperfections. However, the overall condition of many of these items fell well below what I expected based on the listing description. I wanted to provide this feedback honestly, as I believe accurate representations are important for maintaining trust with buyers. I’ve ordered from NWOT and always love their stuff. This is my first pallet and I’m so disappointed. I mean I have a pit in my stomach. I just got through most of my pallet and 191 (All size XXL) items out of 300 are gray joggers. The rest is pj pants (xxxl), a few shorts, and a few tops. I do understand the pallet was un-curated but in the photos it looked like a great variety I’m a very small seller and I’m not sure how long 191 gray joggers plus size are going to sit. There is a maybe five large and the rest plus size. I guess it’s a lesson learned for me in the reseller world and I eat the cost. The brand is fantastic though.

We are a small resell company with over 30k buyers and supporters. We put trust in your company when we ordered this pallet. My business partner also ordered one as well. We were misled into believing this pallet had a variety of sizes. Only to find out this entire pallet is plus size. Mainly XXL & XXXL. We don’t have the customer base to support an entire pallet of that size. We will have an incredibly hard time selling the items. Our customers were excited to find out we were getting cozy earth. Only to be throughly disappointed when it finally arrived. As a small business owner this was very discouraging to me and we were definitely handed a huge blow to our business.
